The mounting is 14k white gold with 
6 VS quality diamonds totaling an additional .17ct and
4 sapphire birth stones. 
This set included the matching 
14k white gold wedding band.

A couple from Missouri saw the item we crafted for the
bridal set from Iowa.  Sharing the same birth month,
they ordered this mounting with sapphires as well for
their 0.52 Carat Marquise.
