I would also like to attest to the excellent service and price I received from Greg at RingDesigner.com. I searched a number of online diamond retailers and RingDesigner.com was the easiest to navigate and provided the most easily accessible details/certs for an informed diamond purchase. Pop-ups of certs available for every diamond made comparison of the large selection much easier. From the more than 30 diamonds that matched my specific requirements, I was able to narrow it down to 3 before deciding on just one. I was searching for an ideal cut diamond with excellent polish and symmetry. What I ended up with was something even better than expected, a D-VS1 52pt round brilliant. I asked Greg to take it to an independent lab to have it plotted and have a Sarin report produced before mounting. The result was only one crystal in the cleanest VS1 the gemologist has ever seen and facets all within 1deg of the others. I also selected a diamond that included the GIA certificate number inscribed on the girdle so I would be comfortable with what I ordered. The result is an absolutely brilliant diamond surpassing even branded hearts and arrows cuts I saw without the high price (without a proportion scope and look at the loose diamond itself, I'm fairly certain this falls into the hearts and arrows cuts). I was quite surprised to find out that the diamond was actually shipped from Tel Aviv to RingDesigner.com upon order with original certificate. I also received the paper and wax wrapper of the loose diamond.

And all this was done in 2 weeks. A nice touch is the lighted ring box it came it to ensure a sparkling presentation regardless of the lighting condition, something that definitely came in handy.

Price? $2650 not including the ring. No tax or shipping charges and satisfaction refund guarantee. I couldn't be more satisfied and neither could my fiancée! She describes it as the "sparkliest" compared to other's she's seen and it's just simply distracting!

I wrote so much on the diamond I got (could you tell I was excited), that I didn't say enough about the excellent service I got. I exchanged emails with Greg almost a dozen times as I asked more and more questions and had special requests. Each time he replied promptly and did everything he could to satisfy my requests. Even going so far as to take the diamond to Pacific Gemological Laboratory himself for the plot and Sarin report I requested. Excellent service, wide selection, timely delivery (in time for Christmas), and personal touches made the price about the only thing truly internet in this purchase.
