The picture you sent prior to us receiving the ring looked great, but did
it no justice. In person the diamond and
ring are absolutely breath taking. You should have seen the
scene we created at FedEx. When we received the package at the FedEx
building, Jody was hopping around like a little girl with a grin bigger
then the Cheshire Cat's so the employees inquired into what was making her
so happy. We opened the box in the FedEx
office and it was literally 30 to 45 minutes later before we were able to
leave. Every employee rushed out to see the ring, all of
the customers ooooh'd and ogled over it. Jody was on cloud nine.

First off, thank
you for the kind words to all of the service members out there,
I am one of them.
I have been in the NAVY for 19 years. I
started off enlisted, worked my way up the chain of command, earned my
Commission and I'm now a Lieutenant. I purchased a diamond (VS2 1/2
carat) back in 1994 from one of the stores located in the Tel Aviv
Israeli Diamond Exchange when the ship I was stationed on made a port
call to Israel. During that visit I learned all about the 4C's and
was truly spoiled by the prices I could get diamonds for at the source.
I vowed to purchase a larger diamond (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 carat) the next
time I visited Israel. My next opportunity was in 1999. On
the way to the Mediterranean my ship was diverted to the Adriatic due to
the Bosnia-Kosovo war. My latest deployment had us scheduled to
visit Haifa. My ship, the USS THEODORE
ROOSEVELT (CVN 71) was scheduled to depart Norfolk VA on a
routine deployment on 19 September 2001. 11 September
2001 changed everything. Current history will tell you what we
have been doing.

| I rotated
off the ship late December on a routine transfer after 3 1/2 years on the
ship. After my return to the United States I started searching high
and low for a larger diamond for my lovely bride of 13 years. The
malls and private jewelers could not even come close to matching the
prices I was expecting to pay overseas. Thinking I would have to
wait a few more years, I decided one night to search the Internet for
loose diamonds just to see if there was a "good deal" out there. I
literally went through every diamond Internet page my search engine called
up. |

| After a few
days of looking and comparing sites, yours had the absolute best prices
that are extremely comparable to the prices I was willing to pay at the
source overseas. Trust me, I looked at every store in the Virginia
Hampton Roads area and a few islands in the U.S. Virgin Islands. I
have never made a purchase over the Internet. Go figure the first one I
made was for something as large and personal as a diamond ring for my love
(SI1, I color, 1.61 carat). |

You have earned a customer for life, by the way. I have
forwarded you site to all of my friends that are still deployed in
support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Jody is from a large

Again, many thanks for

your web page. All of our friends and associates have been calling
commenting on it. Jody took the ring in to be appraised today.
The appraiser is a GIA certified jeweler.
He conservatively appraised the ring for $4,900 MORE then what we paid!!!
I thought I felt good about this purchase before, now my
feelings have been cemented. I look forward to continued business
with your company in the future. I do have my eye on a couple of
different anniversary bands and Jody is thinking of a two diamond wrap for
