When comparing our exterior
finishes with any other----there is a major difference!!! Most other manufacturer's finishes are automatically applied mechanically in a mass production process to their bands, while your RingDesigner.com exterior finish, is skillfully applied uniquely to your ring, "hand crafted" by our Master Jewelers at their work bench. |

| Dimpled & Hammered Finishes | |||||||||
|
Our Female Customers
tend to call these a Dimpled Finish, while our Male Customers call it
a Hammered Finish. We like to differentiate Hammer and Dimple
finishes, by the size (diameter if you could measure it) of each
small indentation. Bigger indentations than these, are similar
to the indentations on the surface of a golf ball. But as you
will see below, these hand applied variations of each indentation's size, truly change the "look" of a band or ring. Call it what you wish, either way, it makes a stunning finish for a Wedding Ring! |

FinFB1 We finally decided on what to call this exterior surface finish. It turned out stunning and handsome. In the trade this type of finish is sometimes called a "fine bead" finish. That is because it is applied much like a "sandblasting" process with very small particles hurled at the surface at very high speeds, causing the indenting. Looks much like a combination of FinS1 above (with no brush strokes), but also like the FinH1 above (but with a much tighter the pattern of each small indentation on the surface see image directly above). |
