We can create your Custom Item in two fashions: [1]Our Master Jewelers can skillfully customize one of our over 4,000 engagement rings, anniversary rings or wedding bands to give it a look and feel unique to you. [2]Our Master Jewelers can create a 100% Custom item from your vision of what you desire designed, then they can uniquely craft the item to your satisfaction.

#1 Custom Modifications per your Request
RingDesigner.com can modify any one of our high quality engagement rings, anniversary rings or wedding bands to meet a request or idea you may have to make your item unique and special. Below are several samples where our Master Jewelers modified how an item is normally crafted, by using different gemstones or diamonds to create that different "look". Maybe you want Birthstones, maybe you want certain gemstones, maybe you want a center gemstone instead of a diamond...... Whatever you want, we will work with you to create the item.

A Personal Experience

First, we talk to you personally. Not through a salesperson, or an answering service. We may use the convenience of E-mail for some of the back and forth conversational design process, BUT we are always available by phone if you require. The designing process becomes an absolute "personal experience" as it should be!

We will ask you questions about the person and the occasion to make sure our designers understand what you are trying to achieve. We may send you pre-crafting sketches or 3D images. Our goal is to have you totally satisfied with the design! You actually assist us so the final piece of jewelry is a reflection of the fire, flare and personality of the person who will wear it.

We may carve a 100% scale wax model for your to approve.

Casting in Gold and Platinum After carving the wax model and having your approval on all the details, we will cast it in platinum or gold. Then many hours of skilled craftsmanship will turn a rough precious metal casting into a finely finished piece of jewelry.

Setting the Diamonds Our master jewelers will set your diamonds and gemstones skillfully reflecting their years of learning the skills of their trade.

The Four Step Custom Process

Your 100% Custom Item is a two way communication process between you and RingDesigner.com.



[1] We want to design and craft equal to your expectations. That starts with several conversations as to what you want created, what would be your "ideal" concept as to how you wish as to the "look" of the final item, and what is your budget. .We will discuss gemstone quality & specifications as well as the precious metals that can be utilized. All of the conversations lead to RingDesigner.com providing a graphic rending of your item. there may be several revisions required to get it just right. We will e-mail to you a quote as to what the design will ultimately cost. There are NO hidden charges!! Your graphic rendering fee is non-refundable. But, this graphic rendering fee is 100% applicable to your final purchase. We will e-mail you a digital graphic image of your design. We will also make 3 modifications for you to modify/change your design. These 3 changes are included in the $100 price. Graphic Rendering Fee You can proceed to step #2 or keep the rendering if you choose to stop at this step. There is no obligation to continue unless you are 100% satisfied.

[2] Once the rendering design is finalized, if you choose, we will create a 100% full size wax model for you to review. Your cost for the wax model is $150, though non-refundable, this design fee is 100% applicable to your final purchase. You can proceed to step #3 or keep the wax model if you choose to stop at this step. Wax Fee information. There is no obligation to continue unless you are 100% satisfied.

[3] The item is then meticulously crafted by our Master Jewelers. In some cases it may involve a "casting" or it may be an item created by hand by master craftsmen at their jeweler's bench.
[4] All of this results in a stunning item of heirloom quality that will be of priceless value to you and your family.
